Very cool! Might be a bit much for a whole GMC, but it would make some cool graphics. Then again, you could duplicate one of those gold plated Hot Wheels. Smile

Now for the cost...Nice way to turn my Argosy Trailer (the painted Airstream) into a shiny chrome one. Will be interesting to see more about it as it develops. Some one does not like it though, they are trying to take the video down.

I have some of their earlier product on my Lotus 7 replicar.

It'll be interesting to see how the wrap products works out.

PS: I'm not certain what the "beef" with the YouTube video might be. Alsa sent the link to me this morning.

I wonder if it would be any more solar heat reflective than white paint. If so would have some practical value on the roof.

In some places, it is against their 'rules' for a vehicle to be all chrome IIRC.

Whit is cooler than chrome, touch your bumper and then touch white painted
area, not even close. Maybe over aluminum it would work differently.

Maybe I can put it on my awning!
The PO decided dark blue would be pretty..and it is.
It also adsorbs every heat wave within sight.

You sit under it on a hot day and it's like being in an oven

Jay,

This explains the pictures that circulate the Internet of vehicles purported
to be made of "gold" and/or "silver" owned by ultra wealthy people.

Maybe....
Last Summer I rigged a solar blanked over the big windows to see if it would help with keeping the heat out... it made a big difference temperature wise on the glass from the inside. I made the mistake to stand in front of the window covered with the Solar Blanket when the sun was shining on it, It was really really hot!!

Just my thoughts
