If there's a list of RV parks around, I can't find it. And maybe there oughta be one.  In the interim, I need to be in Orlando the week before Christmas, for the Eukanuba shows there.  They're at the Orange County Convention Center.  Can anyone recommend a park, or even better point out places to avoid in the area?  I haven't spent time in Mousetown since we built out John Young Parkway for WDBO/WWKA in ther 80s.  Where's a reasonably priced RV park that doesn't  mind large well behaved dogs?  Where is best avoided?

Give Jim Bounds a call and I'm sure he can help you find a good spot.

If you haven't been there, you should stop by and see Jim's GMC Coop.

Crystal and I stayed at Wekiwa Springs State Park, maybe 30 minutes to an hour north of Orlando a few years back. It's a great State Park with nice camping, as most of FL's State Parks are pretty good. There is a natural spring there, water comes out at 72 all year round I believe, and it is a great place to take a dip after a long hot day. Might be a little far from town depending on where you are headed, but we stayed there and were in and out of SeaWorld without it being much of a trip.

While you are in Orlando, you can not miss the biggest attraction in the area*, Jim B's GMC Coop!

* At least for GMC'ers...

Why not try one of Florida's State Parks.  See link below.

Thanks for the report - I'll look into the place.  I have so far had better luck with State and Municiapl parks than commercial ones.
