Or from jeff at alex serum gmc. He has all of the rubbers and hardware as well. He supplied me with everything to do all of the windows in my 77. He is quite knowledgeable as well.

If you change the WHOLE window... yes it should fit in the same size hole.
BUT.... I would "NEVER" take out a newer style window and install the early multi-part framed windows. There where several reasons they did not keep the older style when they did the 1975 model year upgrades.
Get what you need to fix the 77's windows from one of the Jims.
