after recent heater hose replacment i was running coach in driveway aiming to burp radiator, bad electrical smell, it was the connection on top of washer fluid resevor, it literily melted this piece, i guess pump? but knob on dash was not on.
what the???

Blame it on Murphy and his band of merry GMC Gremlins. If that pump is
controlled by a relay, I would look at that first. Sumpthin' is amiss there,
bare wires or ???.
