I seem to be having a problem with the house battery heating up. I have read the issues about the combiner and have disconnected the starter battery when pugged in. The Progressive Dynamics converter seems to be cooking the battery. The only way I have found to make it less hot is to put the PD in the maintanence mode. Problem is it will not stay there, reverting back to full charge. The age of the battery is unknown. Any thoughts?
