I'd like to here the voice of experience here...
It sure looks like I need to remove my pod in order to get a Fantastic Fan
into the side bath.
I could move the pod over to the luggage rail, but then it won't open.
I've seen pics of installs, but they are all sans pod.
I haven't gotten up on the roof with the tape measure and likely won't until
the temps get under 85 degrees, but my rough guess is that they conflict.
Any other creative solutions?

Thanks,
Russ

Pod Shmod. Leave all that shit at home!!! My problem is that I think my low profile AC unit may prevent putting a fantastic on my side wetbath. anyone with a carrier low profile install a fantastic on the biffy? They are much wider than the normal carriers, and wider than the dometics as well.

I put a Fantastic fan in my daughters side wet bath 1973 23' coach and she
has the low profile Carrier A/C on it. I think it depends on the interior
layout and where your roof A/C's are located.........

My pod is still up there and I installed the a fantastic fan... It is
tight. If i open the vent high, it will catch on the top of the latch of
the pod and I have to go up on the roof and un-snag it.

Russ,
I think it also depends on the size of your pod, how well it works out. Mine was quite large, and was already offset about 3" from center before I put the Fantastic Fan in. It would have taken another 3" of offset to make it fit, and I thought that was too much. So, Alan LaVoisne has my pod now. I figured I'd be less excited each year about climbing up there as I got older anyway.
