my version -- run the engine with ac on max for 10 minutes, shut off and immediately crack the drain plug on the bottom of the compressor. If some oil comes out you have the correct charge. It may appear foamy -- that is normal.
Otherwise -- remove the compressor from the coach and drain all the oil you can and refill.
