One wire (the blue I believe) is used if your house battery is not a wet cell (ie Gell cell). It prevents the battery voltage to the Gell Cell type from going too high.

I use a 100 A/hr gell cell battery for the house, so I have that wire connected on the terminal that goes to the house.

Check their website if you have a non wet cell battery for the house on how to connect it.

Both green and blue are normally not used.

The green is for a remote control switch should you desire. You can connect a SPDT (center off) switch with the green to the common terminal, ground to one side, 12V to the other. 12V to the green wire will lock the combiner on, grounding the green will lock it off. In the center position the combiner operation is automatic.

The blue is only used when the charging circuit has no controlled voltage limits. It will protect gel cells by shutting the combiner off if voltage exceeds 14.2.
