Really haven't used it for the last 4-5 years. Just monthly drives in the area. Entertaining offers at this point.
Bought it in 02, PO had a ton of work done at cinnabar, but no real documentation to prove it. Never had any issues though, took several weekend trips and a two week coast tour with the kids.

ragusa ladder, propane door and folding step, trans pan
fresh air feeds to engine and pass side seat
volvo driver seat, driver seat on pass side
110 inverter to engine
fantastic fan
central vacuum
roof AC in front
rear dinette converted with queen sized mattress
headers
engine rebuilt, 030 over, RV cam
extended oil dipstick
suspension, brakes supposedly rebuilt about 15K ago, fully aligned
trailer hitch
imron repaint
Bad, passenger windshield has huge crack, interior somewhat ratty.
