I have not seen this coach in person. The owner called me yesterday trying
to sell it. 1974 26', don't know the model or TZE # but owner claims that it
runs and moves under it's own power. Interior gutted. He emailed me 3
sideways pix and it looked to be in fair condition. Good windshields & other
glass. Price negotiable. Contact him at 4253081309@vzwpix.com I believe the
number in his email address is also his phone#. Probably parts only
condition. Brief conversation that I had with him left me with the
impression that he might have an inflated opinion of it's value, but that is
only my opinion. Check for yourself.

Jim,
I went up and looked at it a couple of weeks ago and it was in very poor
shape body wise and questionable mechanical. He did have an inflated sense
of the value. I was able to negotiate a decent price to let me attack it for
about four hours and was able to get much of the stuff on my need list and
everything else I thought had any value. The windshields I needed since mine
are quite cloudy around the perimeter. I grabbed the rt/lt toll window
assemblies, back glass and gasket, complete dash board/heater box/steering
column with tilt and cruise/suspension compressor/orig carb/main engine
harness/some of the window screens/grille/headlamp doors/booster and master
cylinder/ cruise control/original 8 track stereo/complete instrument
cluster/and some original hub caps for the steel wheels. I have no need for
the hubcaps( or the 8-track for that matter). One is road rash,one is good
and the third is pretty pristine. The coach did run and drive when I went to
look at it but both bags were blown and all rear lighting missing. It would
have cost me too much to tow it to my house so I pulled it apart at his
business. He was adament about retaining the scrap but I told him if he had
no luck selling the motor I had a friend who told me he would give $200 for
the engine. A few days later he called me back and said we were a go on the
motor. I told him I would only take it if it had the trans and final drive
still with it. He agreed and we made the deal. My friend was to go and get
the thing,pull the motor off and give me the trans/final drive. My friend
called me the next day after he tore into the motor and said it had a blown
head gasket and bent push rods and someone had taken all the rocker arms off
inside one valve cover. I called the seller back and asked him W.T.F.? He
said they went to drive it to an auction and the motor came unglued. I told
him that was bs not to let me know as last I knew it ran. He said he would
give the money back if we brought it back. Yay I ended up giving my bud
$100 bucks to make the motor more appealing to him and the seller tore the
hulk up with a track hoe and scrapped it. I plan on trying to figure out a
cheap way to get the drive to Jim K for lim slip and re-gear, the trans keep
for a spare(looks rebuilt). So now I have an even bigger pile of parts to
manage. There is no interior stuff at all other than dash. It took me about
an hour and a half just to design and build a decent pallet to keep the
windshields on. If anyone interested in any of this stuff reply to this

As it was a 1974, they would not have been "late" ones. The change was MY1975.
