Has anyone found a source for the plastic cabinet pieces? I need to replace the round ones that hold the compartment doors shut. Plastic has a short life span, and I think mine are approaching the end of it.

Tom Phipps, still no frig installed

Zeb had the push latches hanging on his blister pack display two weeks ago for $5.77 (I think, under $6 anyway) complete.   Two of them fix four of my cabinets due to the way they were broken.

I just ordered 10 of these for my Avion upper cabinet doors:

http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/metal-spring-loaded-cabinet-door-support/49540

They'll replace the goofy Avion friction struts and should keep the doors shut too, if installed just right, without adding more cheezy Chinese plastic.

Will post pics when I get them in.

Woody.

Woody,

You will like them!

Somewhere in Double Trouble's past these were added and they work great,
however, I don't think they'll keep the doors shut as all of mine still have
the plastic thingies in them to keep them shut.

By the way if your GMC isn't an Avion these might not work. The Avion
cabinet doors are shorter and I believe lighter than GMC cabinet doors.
