G'day,

Of late I'm getting some emails with pretty creative Subjects designed to
get you to open an attachment. Today's was:

2011 coca cola promotion /pls download the attachment

The attachment is a .doc file which would lead one to think it is innocuous.

However, I doubt that it is. I have not done any research into this as I
delete any and all emails that come from people that I don't know.

I realize that you guys are all too computer savvy to open an attachment,
however, your "better half" or kids might not be!

The .au at the end of my email address seems to keep the spam at a low
level.

Regards,

Rob;

Probably an updated version of W32.Ackantta@mm, which is a trojan worm, commonly used for promotion items. A good security program will/should catch it.

Thanks for the update warning, keep your security measures up to snuff, lot's of kooks out there with nothing better to do.
