If your power steering pump is bad it would cause your steering and wiper problem. If your pump is good then I would look for a major leak. I had this same problem and discovered my steering box seal was leaking out the input shaft. NAPA has the seal kit and it can be replaced in about 30 mins on the coach. I can get the part number and give you some tips. My seal blew because the filter in the wiper line was plugged. Took out the filter, it is in the brass nipple that goes into the wiper valve. You can push out the filter with a screw driver. All is well now and I installed an in line filter. Give me a call if you need more info 9894290610

Thanks for the information Rick. I think I will check that filter tomorrow. 35,000 miles and no problem but I better check that. One reason I love this group. Someone reports a problem and the rest of us can check it while in our own driveway.
