I have know jim ever since I purchased my coach in 1995. Jim has never given me wrong advice. To you newbees, I know that between jim bounds and Jeff Sirum, GMCers can't go wrong, there may be others who I am not familiar with, who may be just as good. keep good suppliers in your mind.
