Anyone know if auto leveling was standard on the ‘76 Eleganza II?

Yes, it was standard on every GMC.

Depend on what you mean by "auto leveling."

If you mean what _I_ think it means, the coach sets itself to level at the camp site -- NO. None of the TZE type motorhomes came with it.

If you mean what I think _YOU_ mean, that the coach will set itself to the correct ride height -- YES. All TZE motohomes came with automatic ride height systems.

Trivia: On the early coaches, the Power Level system was NOT standard, but pretty much all coaches came with it installed. The "standard system" had the air pump, compressor and valves in wheel wells but did not have the control valves on the dash. So you could not use the system to level the coach at the camp site.

I do not know when, or if, the controls became standard.
