Can someone point me to the technical article by Bill Bramblett regarding the installation of electric fuel pumps in to the fuel tanks.

I think it was Emery Stora's article. I know he gave a seminar on them at one of the GMCMI rallies.
You might send Emery a note if he does note respond here. He does not use PM.

I followed this guide that was written by Emery Stora with Bills assistance and found it quite easy to follow and accurate. My in-tank fuel pumps work great. I also installed the steel lines on top of the tank although I did not feel comfortable with the fit of the vent lines to the separator so used rubber lines on those.
