Michelle and I have just recently purchased a house in Frederick, CO but it is on the western side of I-25 just a little south of Longmont, CO.
Our reason for relocating was to live nearer to one of our daughters and her family (four grandkids). They live 18 miles south in Thornton, CO.

AND, the house has a three stall garage PLUS a motorhome garage with room for my workshop and plenty of room to park a visiting GMC (or two).

We had hoped for the last two or three years to relocate some day to the Hill country in Texas but being near family won out.

If anyone is interested in buying our home in Santa Fe, let me know. :)

We will gradually move over the summer and fall.

Wow! That makes central Colorado the place to go for GMC knowledge.

My wife and I have been trying to move out to the Evergreen/Conifer area for years. Unfortunately, the job market is still a good bit more stable in the Northern Virginia area. At least I know I will have GMC help when we DO get out there.

Bob,

As you know, I want to move out of Colorado, especially Steamboat, overrun with tourists and deep, deep snow & cold. cold long winters. Evergreen/Conifer has better weather.

Emery,

Congratulations on the move. Sounds like a winner. I just sold my house in Virginia last week and will close in 30 days. Got $3,000 over our asking price. It payed to find an agent who networks and knows the local market. Have made the move to Florida and ANNIE will be housed at the Bounds Resort until I can find something like what you found.

Sandra,

Life is still going way too fast for me. Feels like I trying to stuff 10# in a 5# bag, but it will be getting better soon. I'm buying a hookah to use at my brother's house in the Keys. Want to get some diving in and sit on the sand watching sunsets.

ANNIE will be getting a lot of use here in Florida.
