This appears to be the "Bob Valdez" futurliner - which is currently parked rather anonymously in a trailer park, about half a mile from where I sit right now.
Kinda sad to see this glorious vehicle sitting by itself back there, unrecognized and unacknowledged by most. It's a pretty decent restoration too.
But then again, I look at my GMC motorhome and the gap between what I'd like to do and what my flat wallet lets me do, and I realize that sometimes, all you can do is keep it around as it is until the Disposable Income times roll again and more work can be done!

G'day,
Here's a link to it on the Futurliner website:
http://www.futurliner.com/valdez.htm
IIRC he had it up for sale on eBay at one point in time and IIRC he wanted
somewhere around $400,000!

I followed this restore. This Futurliner is the most original of the rebuilds as possible. They took to the hard road to keep her within specs.
The one with the little windows did not stay on spec and if I recall correctly, the side panels no longer open. I don't recall if the top goes up to reveal the lights or if they are gone.
Do the companies and parts houses that donate all the parts and money to restore a coach make anything when it is sold, like the one with the side windows??? An article said he took huge donations to put it back together. Without, I dont' think it would have been rebuilt.
Jus thinking out loud
