Short version: I have succeeded in getting the Barn Queen out and
safely into her new kingdom at the RV park. But the overhead garage
door of the Barn decided to jump the track NOW of all times, and the
new owner is less than thrilled.
It happened on my watch, so I feel responsible, despite umpty years of
neglect. It had been working just fine.
I think I may have to call a Garage Door Guy. I suspect it's a simple
fix. Does anybody have any experience with this sort of thing and can
tell me whether this is a 50/100/200 dollar job?
