Downhill?? As I noted, I got just at 12 off my 23' all freway and trying for mileage. I doubt that's going to continue over time, because although the cruise likes 52 per, I don't :):)

While is sure seems "sure" of the 16mpg number on eBay, his other ad says: "Run's down the Road effortlessly @ 12 MPG Gas all day long."
