Ralph was a great GMCer. I will miss his smiling face. I am very glad that I met and was able to work with him for a while.

Jim has this posted on his Daily Pose today. It's a shame when something that was probably a normal activity for him turned so deadly in a split second.

I have his systems in my coach, and hope that they will be able to continue his work in the future. It could be a life-saver in case of a fire.

Ralph E. Kennerknecht was definately a visionary and front runner in the GMC community. His ideas and passions about safety and fire and care for those in the RV greater community were commenable. These were a key part of his life's work and will be remembered by those who met him and experienced what through his passion he offered us. Like Joe Mondello, he was committed to offering up all that he had to all of us and even though a tragic accident, basically gave his life in trying to do the work to make a econmomic adventure into a contribution to the RV community. As a new member of this community, I was fortunate enough to meet and experience both of these great guys at DuQuoin. As we come into this community it is obvious that the sharing is what makes it special. Unfortunately we have lost two of the best caring and sharing people a community could ask for this year. My condolances to his wife, family and dear friends, Michael Schultz

Wow thats pretty random! Seems this is the week to loose people unexpectedly. Last week i l�st a friend of Mine. He rolled his SUV early thursday morning in rural GA. Dude was only 31, and left 2 kids behind. Was supposed to Grab a beer with him when he was back in town this week. Two other friends also l�st people they knew this Last week...

Wow, heavy news.

I just got my AFFF extinguishers from him Friday. The big one is still at FedEx because they need me to sign for it.

Really sorry to hear this. Of course I didn't know him, but I admire that business and the products I have look great. I just hope that I never have to use them.

That is truly a sad thing to happen. I guess when it's your time, it's your time. I'm sure more than one life has been saved due to his products.

It's also sad how the idiots who wrote the newspaper article stated that his name was not released, but then in another paragraph they state the owners name. That's cold. We all know they know better.
