Dave, pry off the rubber oval shaped plug on the backing plate, and back off
the adjuster. If you have self adjusting brakes, you will need to put
something long and skinny through the slot at the same time you have the
brake adjusting tool in there to press and hold the starwheel ratchet pawl
away for the starwheel while you move the starwheel. Takes both hands and a
good vocabulary.<Grin>
