The rear wheel on the Revocn is stuck. I noticed this tendancy last time the thing was running, it would occasionaly stick when moved on dirt but it would break loose if i went backwards and/or got in on asphalt.
I figured it was a brake issue that I would get back to.
But now I'd like to tow it across the yard and it's absolutely STUCK.
I got the wheel off, the emergency brake cable is slack. I've pound on the drum with a hammer but it ain't moving.
What is the recommended course of action?
