Should you ever see oil dripping from the compressor, on the engine, you can rest assured the freon is dripping too. Dog gone. Seems my luck is not good sometimes. Guess my grandson and I will pull out early early Friday morning for the Vdub show in Effingham. Maybe we can beat a little heat before kicking on the Onan. I am not looking forward to swapping that clutch back on my old compressor. I guess when we installed the thing and got it too tight we messed up the seal.
Ken B, you coming this way? Meet me in Effingham Saturday. I will buy your lunch and give you my bed. Very Happy
Dan

Let me know if you need me to bring any tools.
I can help. I have an A/C guage set, but no vaccuum pump.. so not a huge help.

Ok Mike. Will try to get both in the picture this year.
Jon, we are not working on it at Effingham. I was just harrassing Mr. Burton. I hope the nights are cooler there this weekend than they have been here. I think we will leave here about 7 am so it is cooler. Should put us on the grounds by 11am. If you beat me there keep your eyes open for us Jon. I will do the same. You have never seen so many vdubs in your life. Folks are very friendly too, kinda like GMCers.
Hey Jon, can you get more pictures of that Duramax coach? I'd like to post them on the photo site. That is one slick GMC.

might be a couple weeks on the pictures of the duramax coach, but yes. I will see him again. it was a crazy weekend, and I screwed up on not getting any pictures. had too much fun driving it. actually I think I need to get a quick video of it taking off from a stand still.

I'm trying to get to Hamilton this weekend foor the work rally.
What compressor are you going to install this time?

At least you know what it is going to take to get it done this time.

I will mount my old one back in there. Maybe we can charge it in Goshen. I'll just run the Onan til then. We have a trip planned for Madison, Wi. in August. Would have run the Onan anyway.
Forgot about the Miller gathering this weekend. Have fun.
