Ever since I bought this thing, I've had to slam the door in order to get it to close and latch. I've spent countless hours adjusting. Even replaced the latch pin on the frame with limited results.

Over the winter while in Arizona I bought another Cad 500. The only way I could carry it was to put a cargo carrier in the trailer hitch and place the motor (short block) on it. We had that thing (about 350 pounds) hanging on the back of the coach for about 6 weeks. The longer it was there, the easier my door closed!! By the time we got home the door was closing with a single push of my (middle) finger Wink...Honest!! Motor has been off of the carrier now for a month since we got home and door is still closing just fine....GO FIGURE!!
