Anybody in Michigan have a decent oil pan for sale? Mine is pretty rusty and I am worried that it may rust through.

I'm not sure of the fit for our motorhome, but there is an aftermarket oil pan that fits the Toronado - Milodon 30305 - available at Summit Racing.

That pan is for the rear wheel drive olds, will not work on the
toronado 455.

To add to Steve's comment, I have used Mastercoat silver, I am not sure
about the POR 15 solids content but, the Mastercoat is very thick at the
bottom. Lots of solids to fill tiny pores. I saw a demonstration at a car
show and the guy took the solids from the bottom and was filling holes with
it. POR 15 may be the same. Either way, I think they both need to be top
coated.
You could also coat the inside of the pan with Glytol.
As Steve mentioned it will last forever. Start with very clean and
degreased surfaces.

Bead or sand blast it. Then look for holes and weld them up. If you do not have the capability to do this locally, send the pan to me and I'll blast and paint it. If it has any holes I'll have my welder repair it. He repairs rusted out motorcycle gas tanks all the time. Just last Tuesday someone rolled in a Honda 350 (2 stroke) that has not been run since 1984. He is working on that tank right now.
As for paint, you decide. Regular, appliance epoxy, powder coat, or POR15 are all good choices.
If you want it blasted and painted with any holes repaired, send it down here.
