I swear I saw an itemized tool box list, most everything a GMCer should bring for emergency repairs. Now that I stumbled across a nice telescopic 3/4" drive breaker bar, I'm wanting to put this together for mine.

Back in 2001 when I was the Tech VP for Western States GMC someone asked me to show what I carried in my GMC.

Probably overkill but over the years I have found that it allows me to repair about everything on my GMC when on the road or at home.

Wow Emery,,,,next time I want to caravan with you. I can cut down on what I carry. Noticed the listing of a 1/2" drive sparkplug wrench. How much do you torque those babys down!!!!,,,,,PL

Ok, you put that list together a long time ago. How much of that stuff have you ever needed on the road. I carry allot of stuff too just wondering. I also carry a spare TH425 governor.
Fortunately I have never broke down on several cross country trips, not even a flat tire, never! 50K miles and never a failure of any kind. Had a tranny chain get loose and rub on the cover but made it home. That's it. Never even a tow. AAA is making out.
