Don't you think they'd buy it if they were that close? Just get a couple of jack stands....

May be a moot point... AAA only tows vehicles with current valid
plates... So that complicates things. I just got off the phone with
AAA

The Barn coach has a spare... so you only need to bring along 3 tires/wheels.
You have a spare on your rolling coach. So you only have to "borrow" 2.
I would take a "block" of wood (most likely a stack) about 6 to 8 inches high and put it under the boogie of one side of your rolling coach. (Pick the least noticeable side) ... then "borrow" those two tires/wheels.
You'll want to upgrade your rolling coach to nice wheels and 16 inch tires. After that.... the barn coach will have all the (old) tires and wheels it needs! (The down side is that only one coach can be moved at a time.)
I hope you have found a relatively cheap storage place for the "Barn Queen."
--- Another Note ----
Maybe we should be looking for "cheap to free" storage areas to save coaches that would other wise be sent to the crusher. Even though they currently do not make economic sense to put back on the road... Someday, they will be.
I would think that people with farms and other property would have a back corner that could hold a few coaches for long term "cold" storage. I am NOT suggesting to store coaches to part them out. (ie: not a junk yard.)

I have 6. Unfortunately they are in Valparaiso, In (near Chicago). They are here if you can figure how to get them where you want them.

I could offer storage space. They could be parked in my field (no protection from the elements). Maybe a location on each coast, north and south and one in the middle ideally?

Haven't had the Royale for a week yet. No plates yet. I wouldn't feel
right about switching the tags; I think that might even be illegal,
and short of speeding, I do try to obey the law. :) Just because I
could almost certainly get away with it doesn't mean I should.
I want to be able to put the barn Palm Beach in the rear of my
storage, with the Royale in front. If I leave the Royale in front but
take its wheels, I can't move it out of the way so the tow truck can
drop off the Palm Beach. If I back it up to the rear and let the Palm
Beach take the front, it would block my Royale from getting out even
after I got wheels back onto the Royale. Best solution would be two
more functional wheels. I could pull my Royale out of the way, slide
the Palm Beach in up against the rear edge of my lot, and back the
Royale back in.

Sometimes we can not have "Best solutions."
Failing finding a few wheels and rubber, I am sure you can find somewhere ELSE to park the Royale for a day or so, while "borrowing" a couple of wheels.

Robin,
That light bulb just lit up. . . .
For what you need to do, you do not need "GMC Coach Wheels"!!
You need to hold something off the ground and roll something - maybe not the same things....
And, you really only need 3 - You have the Royale's spare to work with. (Is the spare still on the barn coach? - Maybe only 2.)
Get 3~4 wheels and tires that will bolt on. They DO NOT have to be correct. They just need to have the correct bolt circle and hold air for a day or two. You may wind up doing a good deal of wheel shuffling, but this could end up being very cost effective.
If you get them with the wrong offset (like off any 8 bolt GMC or Dodge 3/4T), put them on the back of the Royale. If you get duallys with the wrong shape - put them on backwards - on either coach. This will make the barn coach real wide to tow, but it will be rolling.
If you are going to roll the barn coach on its own wheels, they will have to clear the coach so they do not damage the coach side when it hits a bump. So, plan for that.
Just be sure to keep us informed as you have so far.
Another, only slightly related thought. May states have a temporary registration available. It usually requires that you have that states minimum insurance, but that could be transferred from the Royale for the day. It also could be worth your while (once this shell game is done) to look into a stored vehicle policy for the barn coach. It may still have significant damage and fire or vandalism would be a loss.

There is a Pull A Part junk yard across the highway from my storage
lot. I've got the Royale and the barn coach's spares to work with
(probably), so I may only need two wheels from a 90s 1 ton GM truck?
What am I looking for, bolt circle wise and what kind of vehicles can
they be found on?
