Hello All,
I was reading about the similarities between the TH400 and the TH425 and saw that there is a lower ratio gear set available. I wondered if anyone had ever tried using the 2.75 or 2.97 instead of the standard 2.48. This would have the same effect as installing a 3.50 final drive (in first gear) but would have the same highway gearing. Manny has probably tried this already.

Regards,
