nowornever wrote on Mon, 02 May 2011 17:59 | I was told that if the original "Moen" faucet was needing replacement, Moen would still honour this, does any one know ? If this isn't the case anyone know where we would find a replica replacement set. Have found lots close but not the same, and we don't really want to change the shower system. GMC '76 Glenbrook.

Buy it for looks, Buy it for life.
We called Moen on a faucet...they would either send parts or send the unit...in our case they sent the unit, post paid, brand new. This was a kitchen faucet, but never the less, its a Moen and I don't think you will have a problem. I won't buy another brand again because of this exceptional service.

I know Alex Sirum (and probably our other vendors) have a direct replacement for the bathroom faucet. Jeff at Alex Sirum told me it is the exact same, except it's not made from as heavy a material as the original faucets. Go figure these days...
