Mr. Weiser should have taken Rick's offer of 35k; in today's market I doubt
an all original Gadabout would bring that much. He did say they enjoyed
the coach and it was worth more than 35k to them. Prices for the GMC
coaches have really fallen the last couple of years and today's gas prices
and tomorrow's gas prices (experts are now saying $5 and more per gallon)
are going to drop the prices even further. Guess I'll just park mine and
rent it out; anyone want to vacation on my farm in NC??

Didn't remember that a number of changes had been made from original.
Destroys some of the Coca Cola value in my estimation.

Jerry,

Rick didn't even start it and drive it. My bet is that if he had paid 35k for it, he would have lost money on the deal.

Yours is a tempting offer.
It is a more pleasant location than many of the campgrounds where we have stopped.
OK it isn't FHU, but there is power right there with water and dump available. Now, just set it up with WiFi. . . .

Converting todays price for gas at the local station to American gallon and dollar its $5.31/gal.

But its not going to stop me from traveling... Ok... maybe a little

Here in Canada doesn't look like we will get that Pawn Stars episode anytime soon. I agree that in today's market $35k would be a good price... However if he still wants an RV and likes his GMC, maybe he feels its worth more to him than that.

After stting up til 1 am and seeing this, I think it was all staged. The guy was not going to sell and Rick would not have given that much. Had to be staged.
Jerry, how much per nite? I am not parking mine either but I may slow down a tad. Just drive over to your place and spend the Fall. Talking 2-3 months. Got a good monthly rate? Leave coach, come home for winter then come back and spend the Spring with you. That would put me closer to Bean Station. Maybe just use your coach. Would watering the horses pay the rent? Very Happy
