I have day/night shades in my coach that won't seem to stay up. I would really like to be able to raise them for visibility while driving. Is there any way to tighten them back up so they stay up?

If these are the ones that ride up and down on strings at the sides then all you have to do is tighten the strings. Usually at the bottom end there is a "knob" or "spool" that has a screw in the center. Loosen the screw and pull the string tighter and tighten the screw. I have seen some models where you turn the knob to tighten the string and then retighten the screw.

Robert,

I have them on my GMC and they work just like Emery said. I really like them. I'll be at Bean Station and available to help.

I have the blinds and they came with a little two pronged thing mounted at the bottom to warp the cord around to secure it. Keeps the cord from flying around when on the go too. My blinds do not seem to have an adjustment to tighten the friction on the cord. This device seems just find. I am sure any place that sells blinds should have them or you can make them, real easy.

My thought
