...so i'm think'n, "the onan sounds awful when it's being cranked over upon starting...I should have a look, maby the starter is "malajusted" (somewhat like me)".
As I'm groping around the starter, the solenoid falls off into my hand!! One bolt falls to the ground, the second is gone.
I go to my work shop and look for two bolts of the appropriate size and reinstall the solenoid.
When I attempt to start the onan, the solenoid actuates, but the starter will not!!...just a lot of cklicking. So what's the deal???
