G'day,

Just wanted to apologize for the quick getaway Mark, Gail, and myself had to
stage after the lunch yesterday; it was caused by a logistical problem.

We had to be in Humble, Texas before 6:00 PM so I could pickup a car from
Enterprise.

Mark and Gail have to prep the RV before returning it by 12:00 noon on
Saturday. That entails; dumping the tanks, cleaning it up (inside and out),
filling up the propane, and filling up the gasoline. I'm heading over to
follow them to the drop off point shortly.

Plus they had to pack up their clothes and all the goodies they got for
their GMC Downunder!

As usual I enjoyed the convention visiting with old friends and making some
new ones. The tech sessions advanced my knowledge base (despite checking my
eyelids for holes frequently).

As Arnie said "I'll be back!"

Trust everyone has a safe trip home.

Regards,
Rob M.

We, too, made a quick getaway. Tried to say bye to a few and did leave out
others inadvertently.

It was good seeing you in Patterson and know we'll bump into each other
between now and things later on - Bean Station will be one of them.

It was good getting acquainted with Mark and Gail. I wish Gail's Australian
presentation was at the same time as John Sharpe's but that's the way it
goes at a busy convention.

I didn't check my eyelids for light leaks during any presentation. Instead,
I just took brief respites which involved dropping my head about 15 degrees
or so. Not once did I fall into the floor.

Only had two problems on the way back -- price of fuel and staying away from
storms on 59/20 outside of Birmingham.
