Ted -- that might be a little hard to do. The lower sides are
fiberglass. The front and rear are fiberglass and the roof front and
rear sections are fiberglass.

The only thing you could polish are the upper sides, the center of the
roof and the door.

What kind of shiney, you mean like a mirror??

There is a paint that looks like a mirror finish, it is sprayed on and looks like a chrome bumper when done.

Does the finish on an Airstream ever cause glare issues for other
motorists? I don't seem to recall it ever happening to me, but they
are not all that common around here, and it's not frequently bright
sunshine either.
