Just got thru with doing the same thing to mine. I only had 2 real problems; I never found a pivot pin puller, so I had to improvise one & the snap ring above the locking plate was a major PITA. I did Lock-tite the 4 bolts at the bottom, so that's 1 less headache. Getting the rack to properly engage the operating rod while also engaging the tilt lock in order to install the pivot pins was also no fun. If ever asked to do it again, I'll loan them the lock plate depresser I had to buy & express my sincere condolences... Took me a couple of hours to complete & I hope I never have to do it again. My back still aches...
