Well, I have been under the coach putting on my new stabilizer bushings. Unfortunately I received bushings for a 1-1/16th inch bar instead of the 1-3/8ths inch bar that is actually under there.

I called appliedgmc and they don't carry a 1-3/8ths bushing. www.suspension.com has them, but RARELY sells any. Is my coach and odd-ball? Is this not an original stabilizer bar?

Caspro supplied a 1-3/8" bar.

Well then, I guess I had better call Caspro and get ALL the bushings from them just to make sure they are correct.

I am always amazed at the amount of knowledge on this forum.

Thanks Emory.

I have the larger bar and bushings are readily available at Autozone

Robert,
I'm sorry that I thought I had taken care of this part for you through
our office.
There is no reason why we cannot supply that part for you.
I have been at the GMC International Convention and have had problem
with the connections.
I will be back Monday and start o it if you have not yet acquire one.
Where did you get the stab. bar?

Jim,

It turns out the P.O. replaced the original stabilizer bar with a Caspro unit.

I have already received the bushings so please don't worry about it. I was hoping to install them today, but the constant thunder and rain has kept me from going outside.

Bob,
The way we operate, it is never acceptable for anyone here to tell you
we do not stock it.
I know we stock them, but sold the last one and they did not reorder
as we might sell 2 a year.
Sorry for the crappy service. I am meeting with Nick this AM (Sunday)
and will be raising the roof about this.
I have designed the GMC side to operate with or with out me there.
