Hey folks, I've been looking real hard for a pair of oem airbags, that are either in great condition or brand new. Yes I am aware that the originals are no longer manufactured. I'm also aware of many of the air bag systems designed to replace the originals, which I am not interested in.

I know a few of you are hording your own little stock pile of OEM bags. Please let me know if you'd like to sell a pair.

I have a 1974 Sequoia parts coach that I'm parting out, so I am also amenable to swapping parts for air bags. It's got a fine running 455, 80,000 original miles.... no smoke, no knocks. Tight transmission.

Jim K sells a direct replacement. Not cheap, but probably in line with what you would have to pay for an OEM airbag (if you could fine one). http://www.appliedgmc.com/prod.itml/icOid/1037
