I know I spelled your name wrong but call me at home ASAP.

You do not need to crawl inside the coach. The wire we want to jumper to is available inside the coach on the neutral safety switch. It is one of the purple wires that we put the paper clip on.

I'm sorry but I did not get your call back number.

DOES ANYONE HAVE GEORGE'S CELL NUMBER?

So, Ken, when did you speak with George?

I was on the phone with him for 40 minutes yesterday at 6:48 Eastern
time and I even patched Gene Fisher into the call.

We told him to jumper the two purple wires and try to start with the
key. He used a paper clip buttno go. He then ran a hot lead from the
fuse panel to the purple wires but it would not trigger the solenoid.
He was then going to go under the motorhome and short the solenoid to
the starter cable and call me back and let me know what happened.

I never got a call back. I tried to call him this morning but his cell
says that his phone cannot take a call.

About 1/2 hour ago.

We are thinking along the same trouble shooting path. There was no voltage on the two purple wire on the Neutral safety switch this morning. It looks like his problem is in the ignition switch.

I want to suggest at this point that he apply +12 to one of the purple wires at the neutral switch and see if the solenoid energizes.

Do you have his cell number?

At Roger Black's suggestion I looked on the Blacklist. It was there but when I called the number it did not answer.

Thanks everyone for the help.
