I have the dash apart. I have tried to get the radio out. Screw and remove the front bolts. I cannot get the plug off the back. I have the heater control loose. What else has to be done to get it out?

if you look at this slide, you will see a bracket at the back of the hole.
this held the rear of the original radio, did you remove this bolt?
