I tried to take the back off of the dash to remove the radio. The back does not clear the window. I removed the glove box but I could not reach the back of the radio. How should I proceed?

I need to replace the radio and speaker. I want to replace the radio with one that has Bluetooth, USB plug in and Aux plug for external inputs. Not sure what would be best option for a new radio and speakers?
