The saga continues. We just got back from a Dr visit and Lisa will be having surgery on Tuesday to insert 3 pins into her wrist. She is bummed out, both from the physical side and then the impact it will have on our vacation plans. Basically the vacation time will now be used for surgery and recovery. We had planned to head to TN and Georgia for a week but now it will be spent at home. She has not fully recovered from the effects of her previous surgery and now she has to go under again. One bone has displaced and the knob on the wrist bone is still detached. She has no rotational ability in her wrist and there is concern that a tendon or ligament has detached. The bone doc is sending her to a wrist specialist on Monday who will do the surgery on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on if they use a surgical suite or the hospital.
