Although I am way down here in New Mexico, I have been reading every post
about the dilemma these poor people are in, I have been so proud of all of
you that are pitching in to help. I am sure that no mater what happens
during the rest of their trip, or how people in the US treat them, this is
something they probably will be talking about in a very positive way the
rest of their lives. You people that are all pitching in is what America is
all about or at least use to be about.

My wife and I took a trip through northern Canada, a few years back, our new
motorhome broke down in very cold weather, we had a very hard time getting
any kind of help, we finally found a do it yourself car wash, I pulled in to
one of the bays, it had walls on 3 sides, it was snowing outside, none of
the other bays were being used, I asked the owner if I could use the
protection from the weather that it would supply to work on my MH at first
refuse to let me work on my motorhome, I had to financially really make it
worth his while so he would finally allow me to work on my MH . I know that
all Canadians are not like that, but of all the things that we did on that
trip, that is the experience we remember the most.

Since I am originally from Canada, it made me even more upset on how we were
treated.

My Dad use to tell me that people say "no" because when you say "no" there
is no commitment of any sort.

GMC guy's you have been great, God bless you all.

I hope I can be of use to some of you some day.

Serge
