I have Insurance through Good Sam for my Home and all my vehicles. I also
have Good Sam Road service, although I have never had to be towed, I have
had extremely good service for other things that went wrong. They have
always responded very fast and followed up with a phone call back in
minutes after the help arrived to make sure I was taken care of properly.
At one time on New Years weekend I blew a tire that was an odd size and was
normally hard to find, they had to call many tire shops to even find one
open, much less have the right size tire. They found one in another city not
to far from where we were broke down, I had a diesel pusher at the time and
they sent a large truck to handle the job. My wife and I actually thought we
would at least have to spend the weekend in an empty parking lot for New
Years Eve, but after a few hours they arrived with the tire. During the
whole time Good Sam kept in touch with me and gave me updates so I would not
think they had given up on us.
I have contracted with them over and over since that time. And NO I do not
own stock or work for them, they have just provided good service.
