It won't be long now. John has the final things about ready. He is tying things together. I think he will finish today. Not bad, 2 weeks. Watch the tracker. See if we roll in the morning. I do not want to drive 180 miles in the dark so we will wait until morning. I have gotten lots and lots of emails. Some I dug out of the hotmail trash. If you sent me a note and got no return message from me, I missed it. Please put GMC related stuff in your title so I can grab it from the Viagra and other sexual ads in the trash. Every word has been encouraging to me, well almost. When in a position like this friends need to hear from friends. You will see two gigantic smiles when Teri and I roll into Patterson for the GMCMI convention. Life is truly good for this couple.

Hey, Dan!

Don't you have your hotmail account set up for "Exclusive?"

When you do, only mail from senders you have approved or
have added to your addressbook will show up in your Inbox.
The rest will go to Junk until you go there, check for new
"desirables", mark them as safe, and mark the rest as Phishing!

Cool!!! Really looking forward to seeing you in LA. We will be traveling to Huffman TX (Houston area) over the next few weeks. If you think we might cross paths, give us a call. We's love to meet up.

Dan--I'm catching up after a long time off the list due to being too busy with work (hate when that happens). Anyway, did you wind up repairing your latest engine or replacing it?

The engine with almost 7k on it was in good shape except for the 2 bearings. Had the crank cleaned up and installed the new parts needed. The engine looked good from the source last year. For some reason the bearing in #8 went bad.
So, we have a new oil cooler installed, tranny is filled and the oil is now entering the engine, 1120 Moutain Time.
Soon we will know what we need to know, pay the bill for labor, and head down the road.
Bob, we missed you making it 3 in a row at Quartzsite. You must check out our new brakes. Now, you will never have to drive 400 miles to help me with brakes again. Teri can do it with these.
