That has been available in the Toureg.  I've never actually seen one except on
display, but there must be some out there.  I'm a little surprised that the
Toureg would be an appropriate vehicle to pull a triple-axle Airstream, but
maybe it would work - at a modest speed.

What vehicle is that engine in? Is it a front wheel drive?

I'll bet Top Gear was PO'd when they saw this as they got beaten to the
punch by Fifth Gear!

This 747 is the one that is down the end of the runway where Top Gear films
the celebrities driving "a modestly priced sedan" around a race course.

As you can see it has two pylons with two engines mounted to each pylon
which intrigued me. I did a quick Google search and came up with this:
