The Beast II needs a new exhaust system, mufflers seem fine, exhaust pipe is
shot. Anyone have a recommendation in San Diego County?

Len, if I were you I would seriously see about getting the exhaust from Jim K. and letting a local shop install it, if you don't want to do it. Miguel might do that for you, not sure.
Jim has some good stuff for exhaust.

We supply the system to shops as it takes them fraction of the time o install.
It is I00% mandrel bent so you receive full flow.
They come SS or Aluminized,

Ed Hansen has built a set up for Steve F and me on yr GMC's.
Plus two others for the hot rods of mine.
I don't know how often Steve has had one of his cars in the Ed's shop.
