Paul,

The Caddy engine arrived in Sydney last week and is sitting on a furniture
moving dolly currently. I got a plastic 55 gallon drum and cut the top off
of it and intend to remove all the oil passage plugs and drop the block into
it and let it soak to remove all the cosmoline I sprayed on it to keep it
from rusting down in Houston. Once that's done I will debur the sharp edges
everywhere and then go to town making absolutely positively sure there is no
contamination in any of the oil galleries or passages. Once all that's done
I'll start assembling the engine. Probably won't happen until after I return
from the USA the end of May.

With all the projects I have going on down here I don't know which way is
up! ;-)

Chris,

The loo is currently out so I can't tell! ;-)

Regards,
Rob M.
