Yes,
Take it to just about any locksmith. It is not a difficult job to re-key it. It will take him 15 to 30 minutes.

Straight forward exercise. Remove interior pieces from door. Hardest part is removing pin on latch mechanism and then putting it back on. Best to search GMC photo album for pictures. My lock barrel was beyond repair. Go to a GMC specialist for the correct replacement.
