Joe,
The interchange says Napa 8796 lower and Napa 9179 upper -- but mentions you have to cut them to length. Three inches off each end of the lower but references page 4, #78 on the upper.

Does this help?

YEP,
I Went There But It Only Shows Hoses For The '73/76 with the 455 ~
I have a '78 model with the '403 motor ~
I have the orig GM Part # for the '78 with a '403 motor
{ GM # 2015465 and GM # 2015466 hoses }
but
no one seems to have a crossover reference for the '78 model ~

LOL
Jim ;
I'm just a dumb Alebamy kuntry boy and was trying to line up the right parts
for my 7 year replacement of all of my rubber belts and hoses ~
I had all of the right part numbers for the '403 except the upper and lower radiator hoses ~
All I could find on them was the OEM GM part numbers and i am currently using my back-up hoses ~

I have gone to College with many of the Alebamy Kuntry boys and
learned a lot from all of them.
I hope I taught them some too, but they were great guys.
Give me a call if your need some # for parts or some sugestions.
My job during the winter is to answer the phones and tell stories
every day. Comes Summer, I have to write up orders and chase down
parts.
